CAMPUS CLEANING PROGRAMME
CAMPUS CLEANING PROGRAMME-(05.02.2017) The National Service Scheme of Kongu Engineering College had organized the fifth campus cleaning programme in the college campus. The NSS volunteers involved and started their works at 6.30 a.m. The volunteers were divided into groups and they were guided by the senior NSS volunteers. The volunteers showed their full involvement in cleaning the campus. Totally 90 boys of 50 second years,25 third years,15 final years and 75 girls of 35 second years,30 third years and 10 final years involved in the campus cleaning programme. The NSS volunteers cleaned the biodegradable wastes like plastic materials in and around the college campus. After finishing the campus cleaning by 9.30 a.m., all the volunteers assembled together and discussed about various upcoming activities for the current academic year. We had interaction with all students.
