Vivekananda Chariot Journey

On the event of Swami Vivekananda’s 150^th birth anniversary TAMILNADU RAMAKRISHNA MADAM AND TAMILNADU RAMAKRISHNA – VIVEKANANDHA BHAVA PRACHAR PARISHIT jointly organized a Vivekananda chariot journey around Erode city. On 3^rd March 2013, the chariot arrived Kongu Engineering College. Principal, Dean and heads of various departments took part in the function. Book stalls were arranged in college in the view of spreading his ideas and message to the people. On 4^th March 2013 the Vivekananda madam gave 1500 books entitled “Flashes from Swami Vivekananda” free of cost.
