the benefits of
meditation. And then he told us
about Ramachandra mission, a non-profit organization.
At 9.30 a.m., the sister from that center discussed regarding Stress
Management and conducted an activity which
was a self evaluation of stress through which we
came to know
that most of us are under
stress and she also told
us about the
types of stress, such as physical stress, behavioural stress, cognitive stress emotional stress.
"Session

by explaining the steps to
overcome the stress such as correct thinking , to be patient , right

not hurt others by saying an example of anchor

interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship and also regarding love & ego. And we were

video about love &ego
which was very
impressive. At 2.50 p.m.,

that center shared us with some suggestions and told us
about the power of thoughts in us.

that center gave a short and sweet explanation about effective
communication. After that we were made
to meditate for
half an hour , then
they asked about feedback from the students who participated . Many

added some suggestions to
improve so that sessions would be more interesting. And the
brothers and sisters
were very happy
about our attitude. And
